We gave this family heirloom a new lease of life. It was once displayed on a firescreen and the family were keen to have it framed to hang on the wall.
We hand stained a traditional style, bare wood moulding in a lovely walnut tone. Then added a lime wax finish to enhance the grain.
A conservation mount and reduced reflection glass complete the frame. The family can now enjoy this treasured tapestry as a framed work of art for generations to come.
