Artist Mike Ogden is the founder of Sky Blue Framing & Gallery.
After graduating with a degree in illustration from the University of the West of England in 1980, Mike worked as an illustrator for 18 years before transitioning into fine art.
Alongside his painting, Mike set up Sky Blue Framing & Gallery in Bristol in 1998 which he runs with a small team of picture framers who are also artists.
Mike’s bold paintings with graphic compositions often explore the captivating interplay of light and colour in the landscape.
From his home studio in Clevedon on the Severn Estuary Mike works in acrylic, oils and pastel.
